Do I get a full refund on my return?

We provide a prepaid shipping label for your return. When the credit for your return is processed, you receive the refunded amount for the item, which does not include any shipping charges. Returns sent back to our warehouse are also assessed a $5.00 convenience fee to cover restocking and processing.
